Burnstad’s European Cafe's quiet, relaxed atmosphere welcomes the diner who appreciates home-style cuisine, specially prepared by our house chefs. We offer a limited breakfast menu, as well as, separate lunch and evening menus. Evening dinner specials are available every day. Lunch favorites like Swedish Meatballs with Spaetzle, Amish Chicken Noodle Casserole and Wisconsin Croissant are always in big demand. In the evening, dishes like Cranberry Pecan Chicken, Pork Moutarde or Apricot Ginger Salmon are super delicious palate pleasers.
Fabulous homemade soups like Chicken Spaetzle and Creamy Wild Rice are prepared fresh daily and greatly compliment any meal. We offer a salad bar every evening, using only fresh romaine and a nice arrangement of fresh, crunchy vegetables and toppings.
Our freshly baked European gourmet breads which are served with our meals are sumptuous! Once you’ve tried our chunky cheese, garden vegetable, sauerkraut rye and grainy black forest pumpernickel rye, you’ll need to buy a loaf or two to take home!
We serve Char-broiled New York Strip or Rib eye every evening and feature nightly unadvertised specials.
For over 20 years our guests have been delighted with our selection of hand-made, signature desserts –each one a feast for the eyes and taste buds! We offer over a dozen mouth-watering pies . . . along with strudels, cheesecakes, sundaes and more! Special order pies are available with one day’s advance notice.
Carry-out orders are always available. Call ahead and we'll have your dinner or dessert packaged and waiting for you!
Unwind in our full-service lounge, with Happy Hour specials from 4-6pm daily. We offer a great variety of domestic and imported wines and beers along with mixed beverages. Try a Cafe Magic (kahlua, Bailey’s, Di Sarrona and rich coffee).
Parties & Group Gatherings
Let Burnstad’s simplify things for your family gathering, card club, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower or meeting. We offer a lovely setting and add all the extra touches to create the perfect dinner or event. Besides offering special group menus, we can also work out a menu specifically for you. Our Rose Room (with lounge on one end) can comfortably accommodate groups of 50. Total restaurant capacity is 150.
